TheTARDISlandsinLondononChristmasEve,1851andalmostimmediatelytheDoctorhearshisnamebeingcalled.WhenhemeetsthewomanshoutingforhimshefailstorecognisehimandcontinuescallinguntilanothermanarrivesandclaimstobetheDoctorandacknowledgesthewoman,Rosita,ashiscompanion.TheDoctorthenattemptstohelpthenewcomerlassoaman-sizedog-likecreaturewhichhasacyber-mask,butitdragsthemboththroughtheupperfloorofawarehouseuntilRositacutstherope,savingthembothfromplungingthroughahighwindow.Thenewcomerexplainshehaslosthismemory,andtheDoctorassumesheisalaterincarnation,andfollowshimtothehouseofamurderedvicar,wherethenewDoctorsaysheisinvestigatingthemurderofthevicarandateachercalledJacksonLake,andthathismemorywaswipedwhenhewasattackedbytheCybermen.AtthehousetheDoctorfindsprimitivememorydevicescalledinfostampsandsaystheyhavebeenusedbytheCybermenbecauseofthelackoftechnologyin19thcenturyLondon.TwoCybermenattacktheDoctors,butaredestroyedwhenthenewDoctorsetsoffafeedbackloopinoneoftheinfostamps,somethinghesaidwasthecauseofhismemoryloss.ThenewDoctortakestheDoctorbacktohisbase,inthestablesofanInn,andshowshimhisTARDIS,aballoon(TetheredAerialRelease,DesignedInStyle).TheDoctorfindsanotherinfostampinthenewDoctorsluggage,thisonefilledwithinformationabouthim,andconcludesthatthenewDoctorisreallyJacksonLake,buthismemoryhasbeenover-writtenwithdetailsoftheDoctorslifebytheinfostamp,whichitselfmayhavebeenstolenfromtheDaleks.Lakesmemorystartstoreturn,andheremembershiswifebeingkilledandhissonbeingtaken.Meanwhile,MercyHartigan,aworkhousematronhasjoinedtheCybermenandhadthemkillthevicarsoallthelocalgentlemenwouldattendhisfuneral;shearriveswiththeCybermentoselectfourofthem(therestarekilled)soshecanhavethechildrenintheirworkhouses(includingLakesson)asalabourforcefortheCybermen,whoarebuildingaCyberKingtoruleEarth.TheDoctorisunabletostoptheriseofthe200-foottallCyberKing,whichiscontrolledbyareluctantly-conditionedMissHartigan,butrescuesthechildren.HethenusesLakesballoonTARDIStogetuptotheCyberKingthrone,whereMissHartiganisheld.Hebreaksherconditioning,andherhumanangerdestroystheCybermen.TheDoctorusestheCybermensowntimetraveldevicetodragtheCyberKingbackintotheVoid,savingLondon.Thedangerover,Lake,hismemorynowreturning,hiresRositaasnursemaidforhissonandgetstoseeinsidetherealTARDIS,beforeinsistingthattheDoctorjoinsthemforChristmasdinner.青龙从洪流中(😈)振翅而起(🖌)，恢复了(🎂)生机(jī )之力(🤽)。由于剧本问题，该片开拍时间也由3月(yuè )推(tuī(🥠) )迟到了4月(yuè )。禾(📂)禾，别打了，留着等(❇)下午回来(lái )再干架。接着(zhe )为(wéi )了借(jiè )发财金，福德差点(diǎn )吃上放高利贷的(de )罪名(💲)，幸而(㊗)秀(xiù )文及时援手，结局(jú )皆大欢喜。他们是我们(😓)和军(⛩)区沟通中(zhōng )，最有(yǒu )利的筹码(🤱)。韩(🛐)雪(🦎)平复(📒)(fù )了一下心情，让她看起(❔)来和平时一样，笑(⬅)了一下。她有不(❎)为人(🦌)知的一面，为(🍳)了她，她就这样轻易暴(🍙)露了自己不为人知的一面。苏(sū )凉看(🔧)了他一眼，问(wèn )：你(🎊)怎么知道屋子外(🍜)面(✳)还(🔗)会蹲(dūn )一(😄)个？(👺)
